Situated just a 15-minute walk from the UW campus and War Memorial Stadium, you’ll have easy access to local attractions while enjoying a peaceful residential setting. The space Our two-level home has 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 bathrooms, and 3 distinct living areas. We can accommodate up to 8 guests. Ideal for families or groups, our home features on-site laundry, free 5 gig fiberoptic Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. Guest access Guests may use the entire house, front and back yards, and driveway parking. The garage is not available for guest use. Other things to note ....... No pets allowed, sorry! You are required to enter the total number of guests at time of booking. Price depends on number of guests. After 3 guests, we charge $30 per guest per night for any guests not on your original reservation. Unfortunately, we do not have air conditioning. If the outside temp is over 85 it can get hot upstairs. We do provide fans and with the windows open at night the house cools off!
