Welcome to this spacious space where you will have gorgeous views of Roger's Canyon and can see the surrounding Rocky Mountains, antelope, deer, rabbits, and lots of horses on the abundant open land with sunsets/sunrises that are breathtaking. Great for game day weekends, skiing, hiking - many fun things to explore in Laradise! The space Welcome to your private retreat, nestled in the entirety of our home's basement. You will enter through the garage side door and descend the stairs to your private entrance. As a family of six, with four young boys, we go to bed between 9 and 10 pm. We are also joined by two friendly dogs, an AussieDoodle(Kimber) and a Corky (Foxy). We also have a large flock of chickens, and ducks to the right of the house that are very friendly and love fruits, veggies, and any leftovers you would like to give them. 1st Bedroom: The large bedroom boasts two very comfortable queen beds, a nightstand, and a lamp. The door attached to this room enters into the laundry room. 1st Kitchen: This kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a delightful meal, featuring an electric stovetop and oven, full-size refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. To facilitate a convenient breakfast, pancake mix and instant oatmeal packets are available in the cupboard for your use. A Keurig machine is provided, offering a variety of hot beverages, along with sugar and liquid creamers, and a hot pot for teas and hot chocolate. The high-top table accommodates four individuals, and two additional bar stools are available at the bar counter. 1st Bathroom: This space features a step-in tiled shower with a high-pressure rain showerhead, and complimentary amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and facial wash. The bathroom vanity is equipped with a hairdryer and first aid kit. 1st Living Room: Make yourself at home on the two leather reclining love seats while enjoying a show on the 55" smart TV. Additional blankets are provided in a basket beside the couches for your comfort. Also, a few games and books are available in the side table for your entertainment. We can set up an additional double bed and twin bed if you need extra sleeping space. Please message us if you would like either beds. From the initial living room, you will access the next section of the basement, which features two additional bedrooms, a bathroom, laundry room(if needed), living room equipped with a projector and large screen, and a fully stocked kitchen. 2nd bathroom: Featuring a spacious bathroom with a step-in jetted tub and high-pressure rain shower head, guests will appreciate the provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and facial wash. Additional amenities include a hairdryer and first aid kit, both located in the bathroom cabinet. 2nd bedroom: Step into the 2nd bedroom, which features a “Denver Bronco’s fan collection” , a comfortable King bed featuring conveniently placed outlets and USB ports in the headboard, night stands and lamps. 2nd Living Room: Experience the ultimate movie night with surround sound on our large power reclining leather sofa and two additional power recliner chairs. Stream movies using our fast WiFi or connect your gaming console for a great time. Extra blankets for snuggling up are available in the basket next to the couch. We can add one or two additional twin beds to this living room if needed - please message us if you need these additional beds. 2nd Kitchen: This kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a delightful meal, featuring an electric stovetop and oven, full-size refrigerator and freezer, and a dishwasher. To facilitate a convenient breakfast, pancake mix and instant oatmeal packets are available in the cupboard for your use. A coffee maker is provided, offering a variety of hot beverages, accompanied by sugar and liquid creamers, as well as a hot pot for teas and hot chocolate. Three bar stools are positioned at the bar for seating. 3rd bedroom: Upon entering through the pocket double doors from the kitchen, you will find yourself in a spacious room offering stunning views from 3 large windows. The pellet stove creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by a queen bed and a twin bed. Adjacent to the arch entry is a cozy king-size bed, complete with outlets and USB plugs in the headboard, two nightstands, and two lamps.
