Historic ranch conveniently located between the Snowy Range and Laramie. Convenient whether you're hunting, snowmobiling, hiking, horseback riding, snow shoeing, boating, skiing (downhill or cross country!), visiting UW or relaxing with the whole family. Freshly roasted coffee, homemade bread and eggs INCLUDED at this peaceful place to stay with NO cleaning fee! The space Pronghorn and bald eagles are daily sightings! Two bedrooms have queen sized beds, one with blackout curtains and one with skylights. Two extra twin mattresses are in the loft plus a couch in the living room folds out to a twin sized bed and includes linens. The entire property is 150 acres and you're free to explore it! It's all fenced for horses but won't keep dogs in, so keep an eye on your dog. Let us know if you're bringing horses or outdoor vehicles so we can show you where to store them. We have an outdoor paddock with a water tank. The kitchen is stocked with all of the normal cooking necessities. The living room boasts a DVD player with DVDs, books to read and games to play. Guest access The front door has a wireless keypad that the app will set to a specific PIN so you don't have to worry about carrying keys around. The main 30 acres of the property are yours to explore but please know that there are prairie dog holes everywhere and could be broken wire or other hazards, so please explore safely. Other things to note IMPORTANT! The property is down a steep gravel driveway that might be slippery in the winter. If there is a recent snow, you may need 4 wheel drive to get back to the highway. If your group includes more than four people, please try to space out showers between morning and evening. We have a good well and good septic system but they both need some time between showers. There is a $30 pet fee for pets in the house since it takes us longer to clean. Outdoor pets (like horses) are free as long as the parking area is clean when you check out.
