The space Serenity Haven is an inviting and comfortable 1,641 sq. ft. ranch-style house on 1+ acres with all the amenities of home! It is located just a few miles from wedding venues, shopping, eateries, 4.3 miles from Campbell University and 6.5 miles from Keith Hills Golf Club. This home features three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully stocked eat-in kitchen, living room with 55" smart TV and separate laundry area. Enjoy relaxing in the safe, private fenced yard with a patio, table seating, gas grill, hammock and corn hole. The King bedroom has a walk-in closet as well as a TV. The Queen bedroom also has a walk-in closet. The smallest bedroom has a trundle bed and private bath with a shower. There is a grab bar in the shower. The hall bath also has a grab bar in the bathtub and by the commode. There is a pack n' play available for guests with babies which includes a few crib sheets. A high chair is always available too. Even though the house is not located on a main highway, there is occasional road noise. All three bedrooms are equipped with a sound machine. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It includes a single serve Keurig coffee machine, toaster oven, crockpot, air fryer, blender and KitchenAid mixer. There are ice trays in the freezer. Bottled water is provided for your convenience and for the coffee machine. There is an additional room located next to the kitchen. It contains a small writing desk with a few office supplies (stapler, pens, note pads, etc.) as well as a cabinet with cards and games suitable for children and adults. There is also a wall rack for magazines and coloring books for the kiddos. Guest access Entry to the house will be through the front door via electronic keypad. The passcode will be provided to you on the day of your arrival. Other things to note The house can accommodate up to six (6) guests. Please respect our wishes and not invite more than six (6) people during a stay. All guests must be accounted for before booking a stay. Although the house is dog friendly, a maximum of two dogs per stay ($50 additional fee applies). We allow small to medium sized dogs up to 35 pounds. Only approved pets belonging to the guests may stay at the house. They are welcome to enjoy the fenced yard. We ask that you please clean up after your pet(s). There is a dog waste station in the backyard for your convenience. Cats are not permitted. It is recommended that you give thought to adding travel insurance to your reservation just in case a cancellation is necessary. We proudly offer a 10% discount to active duty military personnel, veterans and their families as our way of saying thank you for your service. Proof of service is required. Travel nurses are also welcome. We offer a discounted rate for long-term rentals.
