Welcome to our renovated apartment 🌴 La Terraza de Palmeres 🌴 with its large terrace for you to enjoy in its two areas, dining room and outdoor living room. Just 100 meters from the sea, you can stroll through the fine sand of the beach all year round, thanks to the good weather of the Valencian coasts. Upon arrival you will find water and soft drinks in the fridge, as well as coffee next to the coffee maker, to make the welcome to the apartment more pleasant. The space We want you to feel at home, that's why you'll find everything you need: · The kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee maker and kettle. · Spacious, bright living area with a large smart TV. · Remote work area with monitor, keyboard and mouse to be able to connect easily. · 600MB fiber optic connection, perfect for making work video calls or just talking to family members. · The bathroom has a large shower tray, for those quiet showers. · Three double bedrooms (two with double beds and one with two single beds). All rooms have windows with light and natural ventilation, making your stay more comfortable. 👶If you're traveling with little ones: crib, high chair and mini tub included, just let us know! 🐶Pets are welcome, to be the whole family, we all go on vacation! It is located on the second floor, accessed by comfortable stairs. Parking won't be a problem as there's a public car park located 50 metres from 🌴La Terraza de Palmeres🌴 The cleaning of the apartment is carried out by a specialized company, following the best protocols of disinfection of surfaces and textiles. All bed linen and towels are washed in a professional laundry to ensure optimal hygiene.🫧 Guest access Les Palmeres beach is located in the Valencian town of Sueca. This beach is 1,500 meters long and between 28 and 46 meters wide; enough space to enjoy a relaxing day in the sun, which is sure to do you good! Les Palmeres is an urban beach located in the Albufera Natural Park and its waves are moderate. You will also find all the amenities you need to make your experience comfortable: enjoy the promenade and have a drink at the beach bars and restaurants in the area, there is plenty to choose from. There are also food stores located on the same street as the apartment. Other things to note For stays longer than 11 days, the LAU regulations and Royal Decree 1213/2024 with a seasonal contract will apply.
