Our space is a complex with several houses, 3 of them together and the other about 50 meters away, with capacity for 22 adults or children + 2 babies, close to the city center, parks, art and culture, beautiful landscapes, 200 meters from the Port Wine Cellars, about 400 meters from Ribeira de Gaia and the Train, about 100 meters from the bus stop, 1 km from Ribeira do Porto. Ideal space for large groups who want to socialize and relax. The space When you rent these homes, they are just for you and your family or friends. However, each group of two people is entitled to 1 bedroom in the house if they want to stay in separate rooms. There is an additional on-site fee of €20 for cleaning the other room, washing and ironing the extra bed linen. It is not allowed to occupy all the houses free of charge without the number of people justifying it. For example, if 10 people want to occupy all the houses in the complex, in this situation, if this is the intention of the guests, an extra payment is required at the property, which varies according to the season of the accommodation. We only allow you to book up to 16 people, so each extra person will have to pay on the spot, per night, the amount of €16, payment to be made during check in. The small houses have air conditioning, and the large one has fans. Guest access You may use all the areas listed, depending on the number of occupants, as mentioned, except the laundry, which is private and for the exclusive use of the property's employees. Other things to note The development is located in a quiet area and close to all the local points of interest. There are supermarkets near the house, as well as a good, inexpensive restaurant. Its panoramic dining room offers excellent views of the city. It's called Fado Português, and every night you can hear wonderful fado singers perform live there. During the day, in addition to the excellent cuisine, you can also enjoy a relaxing atmosphere to the sound of fado music. There are several public transport nearby, as well as easy public and free parking. The washing machine is paid, already with detergents included.
