Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The home has everything you need for a fun vacation. Our pool is heated in the winter months for your convenience There is also outside seating. Enjoy dinner on the town, or Grill your own by the pool. We are 10 Minutes to downtown Sarasota. Beaches: - Siesta Key Beach, 7.9 miles - Lido Key/St Armand’s Circle, 7.6 miles The space This cheerful home offers 3 king beds and two single beds. There is a washer and dryer for our guest's convenience. The backyard is private and partially fenced. Yoder's Fresh Market, Earth Origins, Publix as well as Walmart Marketplace are nearby to grab groceries. Not one, but 2 ice cream shops and a coffee shop in the quaint “Pinecraft Area” nearby. Downtown Sarasota has an amazing assortment of restaurants. Check out our guidebook to view our favorite local spots and activities. We offer a complimentary starter kit of necessary amenities which is generally enough for shorter stays but after that is used up, it is the responsibility of the guest to provide the rest for themselves. Items included in the starter kit are toilet paper, toiletries such as shampoo and body wash, paper towels, coffee, coffee filters, trash bags, a dish sponge, dish soap, and laundry soap. Guest access Guests have access to all areas and spaces except the locked hall closet. Other things to note This home has weekly lawn maintenance and pool service so please be advised that someone will enter the property at times for these purposes.
