Guest access The entire home and yard are for guest use, no sharing. There is a locked closet in the home, that is off limits for guests. Please do not tamper with the security cameras, this is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. *Access code and other important entry instructions will be sent to you on the day before your check in via the booking app and in an email. *This home does not allow for EV car charging and does not have an EV Charger, please make other offsite plans for charging your electric vehicle if staying at this home. We are not responsible for any electrical issues you may encounter if you overload the older electrical system of this home by plugging in a vehicle *No mail or packages may be received at this home Other things to note Note: We charge $25 per person per night for any guests above 6 people (max 8) and we charge a $100 pet fee, per pet.
