The Bedrooms The master bedroom is a sanctuary. A king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and a sliding glass door that opens to a balcony with unobstructed ocean and lush greenery views—no neighbors to the left means the view is all yours. A large smart TV and ceiling fan complete the vibe. The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan—perfect for a couple or solo traveler. Power Outages Puerto Rico’s electrical grid can be unpredictable — outages happen, even on sunny days. That’s why the complex is equipped with a large, new backup generator. Most disruptions go unnoticed by guests, but it’s good to know you’re covered. Insects Luquillo is lush, tropical, and teeming with life — and that includes insects. Given our proximity to El Yunque rainforest, you can expect to encounter some bugs. We recommend packing insect repellent and keeping doors and windows closed when the AC is running. Hurricane Season Hurricane season runs June through November, with peak activity from August through October. If you’re visiting during this time, know that the apartment is equipped with hurricane shutters on all windows for your safety. Flashlights are also provided on-site. We recommend monitoring weather forecasts and purchasing travel insurance if you’re booking during peak season — just good practice for any Caribbean trip.
