Before arrival (typically 1-2 days prior), the entry codes for the building and the apartment will be sent out. Upon entering the apartment, you will find a remote control for the underground garage, a universal key for the building and garage, and a chip card for quick and convenient opening of the apartment.----The guest can cancel the reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival (refundable offer). The guest will be charged the full price of the reservation if they cancel within 7 days before arrival (refundable offer) or at any time (non-refundable offer). If the guest does not show up at the property, the full price of the reservation will be charged.
