As you enter, you’ll be welcomed by a bright and airy living space, featuring plush furnishings and a cozy seating area, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploration. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with high-quality appliances such as a fridge, freezer, oven, and dishwasher, makes it easy to enjoy home cooked meals or quick snacks perfect for families, couples, or friends. Retreat to the three tastefully furnished bedrooms, two of which have a comfortable double bed and the third bedroom being on the 3rd floor with 2 single beds and a double bed, on the ground level there's also a large double sleeper couch ensuring a restful night’s sleep for up to 10 guests. The bathroom, featuring a shower, allows everyone to start the day feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. There is also a third floor with two single beds that can be used if this has interest, please ask Christopher on details regarding this floor. For those who need to stay connected, complimentary Wi-Fi is available, letting you share your vacation moments or catch up on work. Electric radiators ensure that the apartment stays cozy year-round, no matter the season. Guest access Guests can access the apartment easily and independently using a key box. There’s no need for in-person interaction upon arrival. Once inside, you’ll find multiple keys available for your group to use during your stay. The entire apartment is exclusively for you, ensuring privacy and comfort throughout your visit. Other things to note Step into the charm of traditional Portugal with this rustic-style home in the heart of Cascais—ideal for families or groups of up to 10 guests. While the house is full of local character and authenticity, it also offers a range of modern comforts for a relaxed and enjoyable stay. Sleeping Arrangements The house can sleep up to 10 people. To accommodate larger groups, guests will need to use the sleeper couch on the ground floor, and two people will need to share the second sleeper couch on the upper level. Bathroom Information Currently, the home has one full bathroom located upstairs. However, a second small social bathroom with a shower and toilet is scheduled to be added after summer 2025, located on the ground floor for added convenience. Cooling & Heating Each bedrooms equipped with Mobile AC units to help keep you cool during warmer days. Fans are available in every room, and heaters are also provided to ensure a cozy atmosphere during cooler months. Please note that the home does not have central air conditioning, but the provided units and fans offer effective temperature control. Style & Atmosphere This is a typical Portuguese rustic-style home, full of charm and character. Guests should not expect a brand-new or ultra-modern property, but rather a warm, lived-in space that reflects the local culture and lifestyle.
