This accommodation is located in the center of the historic city of Villena, so all services (supermarkets, cafes, shops, pharmacy, etc.) are located one street away from it. In addition, Villena is a city with easy access to other surrounding towns: in a few minutes you will be in beautiful towns in the interior of Alicante as well as beautiful towns and cities on the coast. The beach is a 40-minute drive or train ride away. I live in the apartment with a very good cat.
