Great place to take a walk, or take the seasonal Crossbay Ferry over to Tampa, the ferry drops you near the Florida Aquarium and Sparkman's Wharf a wide selection of restaurants housed in shipping containers Please Note! - Pool Hours: The pool is closed from dusk until dawn. - PARKING IS LIMITED: One standard-size vehicle only. On-site parking is shared and available on a first-come basis. Parking is for registered guest vehicles only and operates on a first-come basis. Unregistered or additional vehicles may be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense. - No trailers, boats, RVs, or oversized vehicles. - ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING: A $500 fine will be charged - No pets allowed The booking guest must sign a renters agreement before checking in. The renter's agreement will ask for your home address, phone number(s), & email address. The agreement will be sent to you automatically upon booking, check your spam folder in your email, if it is not there send me a message and I will send you a direct link to the rental agreement that must be read and signed before check-in information will be sent over.
