Wake up in the light & airy bedroom & take your coffee to the porch to catch the last of the sunrise, then grab your favorite book & stroll 13 minutes to the beach The space This is a small and cozy space, perfect for 1 person or a couple that can share a double bed. The house is an original Victorian duplex over 100 years old so it doesn’t have all the modern conveniences, but what it does have is loads of charm! Guest access Your own separate & private apartment on the first floor of a Victorian duplex. Entry is up one flight of outdoor stairs from the street. Other things to note Lots to do here! Take advantage of the easy walk to our quaint & historic petite town! Enjoy good food, drink, live music, comedy & our own little playhouse for live theater! Take a quick 5-minute (you can walk too!) drive through our charming tunnel taking you to a drop dead 180 degree view of the San Francisco Bay, including Mount Tamalpais, quaint town of Sausalito across the bay, the Golden Gate, Bridge, Angel Island, Alcatraz, and the San Francisco skyline—it makes for a gorgeous sunset! A quick 7-minute drive to the Richmond Ferry will take directly to the San Francisco Ferry Building—amazing all on its own or a great jumping off point to explore the City. We are also a quick 5-minute ride to the Richmond-San Rafael Bridge for a beautiful drive to Marin County, and continuing up to wine country: Sebastopol, Forestville, Healdsburg, Sonoma & Napa! This location provides the perfect spot to hang & chill or head to endless adventures while here!
