Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 days after checkout, and the time it takes for the amount to reflect in your bank account may vary depending on your financial institution. Please note: Construction activities nearby may cause occasional noise disturbances within the apartment. Please note that sharing your arrival time is required and this must be submitted through the check-in form sent once your booking is confirmed. In-person check-in at the tower is required by building management, and our team will be there to assist and welcome you. Kindly note that arrivals after 12:00 AM (midnight) will incur an additional charge of 200 AED. The property is either managed on behalf of the Owner, in which case Silkhaus acts strictly as the disclosed agent for bookings and operations on behalf of the Owner, or leased by Silkhaus under a separate lease agreement from the Owner to provide our guests with a comfortable and welcoming stay.
