Other things to note Please be aware this is a private residential apartment complex which is unable to offer luggage storage facilities. There is no Reception upon arrival. • Basement carpark has a max height clearance of 2.2M • Daily servicing is available at an extra cost. • As the complex also houses many permanent residents, the apartment is not suited for parties/gatherings. This is a lovely family complex, non smoking /vaping and no pets allowed in the apartment. Quiet times are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. for everyone's enjoyment. Please note that the vents are part of a centralised system within the complex. 🪲 As part of Australia’s natural environment, occasional household pests (such as ants, flies or spiders) can appear, particularly during warmer months. We take preventative measures including regular cleaning and pest control, however their presence cannot be entirely eliminated.
