FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS: Do you like to work in a quiet area and then go down for a coffee to clear your mind? Don't hesitate! This is the best area to relieve stress. FOR FAMILIES: Our building has a play area for babies and children. There are also family bathrooms. And don't hesitate to visit the 4 Grados Norte shopping center, where you'll find a playground and delicious ice cream. FOR PETS: Because they are also part of our family and our life. A: We are located in the Modra Building in Zone 4, close to the area of Exclusive Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Cafes and Museums. And above all, the historic center of Guatemala. Q: How do I check in? A: Easily! 24-hour self-check-in at the building. Q: Are there any restaurants nearby? A: Sure! Our building has several restaurants on the first level. And many more options and the best of Guatemala are within a mile of our place. Q: Is it comfortable? A: It's comfortable, super cozy and has an amazing view. Our Serta bed, hotel-quality bedding, vintage light, WiFi, 43-inch TV, channels in spoken English. Living room with sofa, office area, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, stove, and minibar. Q: Do you have Netflix? A: Of course! Our apartments have Netflix service so you don't miss any of your favorite series or movies. Q: What is the bathroom like? A: A full bathroom with a rain shower, an illuminated mirror, and 100% cotton face, hand, and body towels. Hot water and toiletries at your disposal. Q: Can I wash my clothes? A: Yes! We have a laundry area inside the apartment. We always make the best technology available! It has a washer and dryer in the washing tower. Q: Can I check in before 3:00 PM or check out after 12:00 PM? A: We'll do our best. Please check with us first, it depends on availability and our next/previous guests. Q: Do you do long-term or monthly rentals? A: Yes, we can rent for long stays. The price depends on the length of stay and availability. The weekly or monthly rate can be slightly reduced compared to the daily rate. It helps us to know your budget and we can tell you if it works for us. Q: Smoking? A: Only outside (balconies) and please be responsible. Absolutely no drugs in our place! Q: Can we hold events or parties? A: No. This is a place to relax. We ask that there be no events or parties on the property so that other guests/neighbors can rest. Q: Can we hold photo or video sessions? A: No. This is a place to relax. No photographic or video production of any kind is allowed inside the apartment. This will result in a $500 fine. Q: There is an extra charge for more than 4 adults. Do my children count? A: We can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child. After this amount, an additional fee applies. Q: Do you have parking? A: Yes, you can park 1 vehicle inside the building. Our private parking is from basement 3. Q: Can I enter a second vehicle? A: Our accommodation only allows 1 vehicle.
