Located 10 minutes from Sens, close to Troyes and Auxerre and 1 hour by train from Paris, our village and its period washhouse are ideally located to enjoy the gastronomy and wines of these regions. The space The house combines the modernity of the essential amenities for a quiet stay, with the timeless charm of a country house in a quiet and peaceful environment, in a quiet street on the heights of the village. With its dedicated workspace, it is suitable for business travel thanks to its fiber connection, while feeling at home. Some memories of the past deposited here and there have found their place in the middle of this spacious accommodation updated to modern tastes, Alice's wardrobe happily rubs shoulders with the objects of the present. You will have a master suite with adjoining shower room, a second bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom, a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, and a large living space, all on one level. You can have lunch with your family on the large terrace overlooking nature, or go down to the garden to take a break in the shade of the peach trees. Guest access The ground floor is fully available to guests, as well as the garden and terrace. Other things to note The cat of the house will probably pay you a little visit. You won't have to worry about it, and it has its own space in the garage of the house, but it never says no to a few petting if you feel like it. Be careful not to let him into the house, he's used to living outside.
