In the heart of an old 15th century mill, this semi-detached gite is nestled in an outbuilding that opens onto a beautiful terrace. Equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol, it will welcome your breakfasts in the sun and your barbecue evenings as well as your moments of relaxation when you return from work! The vacation rental is on two levels: On the ground floor: a large and beautiful room with a beautiful fully equipped kitchen area, a dining area and a living room with TV. A wood-burning stove will warm up the cooler evenings. Upstairs, accessible by a miller's staircase, two bicameral bedrooms: you cross the first to access the second. The first is a bedroom with a single bed, ideal for a child or young adult. The second is a double bedroom with two 80 cm beds, which can easily be brought together into one 160 cm bed. This cottage, housed in an old building, has retained all the charm of the mill. All around, there is space to relax: a small stream flows near the cottage and small bridges give access to the woods. You will take very pleasant walks... and will undoubtedly have the chance to see some beautiful specimens of the local fauna, such as the kingfisher, the squirrel or the heron... Nature is specially protected: no pesticides, bird protection (LPO refuge), two hives to pollinate the organic mandala vegetable garden and the many fruit trees: everything is done to preserve our environment. Ideal for a weekend in the countryside, this small cottage is also very suitable for teleworking: thanks to a good quality internet connection, you can process your files and participate in your video calls... while enjoying the calmness of the countryside. It is also a suitable place for a small team looking for a quiet place to relax after long days of work. At the entrance to the property, a large parking lot is available to leave your vehicle. You are 1h30 from Paris by car and 1h by train: the owners will gladly pick you up at the station which is 4 km away. Guest access You will have access to most of the garden and woods: only the immediate surroundings of the owner's house as well as the pond are private. Other things to note The bedrooms are upstairs, accessible by a miller's ladder. This cottage is therefore not suitable for people with mobility difficulties. The staircase is equipped with safety barriers at the top and bottom to protect young children.
