Meticulously decorated with all the comforts of home, in beautiful Seascape Resorts! The space Complete with washer/ dryer, iron, fully stocked kitchen with its own Nespresso machine! For your convenience we offer beach chairs, beach towels and beach wagon to use during your stay. 5 pools to choose from ,2 which are heated. Pool passes and 1 complimentary parking pass for your stay. Play some hoops at the basketball court, pickle ball, tennis, golf course and even a playground for the littles. This condo sleeps 5 comfortably with a brand new queen “Johnathon and Drew” sleeper sofa, master bedroom has a king bed and office desk with printer in case you have to get work done. But hopefully more time will be spent in the screened patio to enjoy that morning coffee or that glass of wine at sunset enjoying the lake views right off your patio. Or watch your favorite college games on the 58 In tv outside on the patio! Walkable to popular hot spots like Cabana Cafe, Whales Tails, Royal Palms Beach bar, or Pompano Joes just a stroll away! And of course, the beach 🏖️ Guest access Guests must be 25 yrs of age or older. Sorry, no pets. Other things to note You will be provided with one parking pass and wristbands to wear on the property. Wristbands must be put back at end of your stay or you will be charged $20/ per that’s missing. You will have access to beach towels ( please wash and put back before you leave), beach chairs, beach wagon and sand toys, all located in storage container on the patio. Again anything missing / broken will be noted and a charge will be assessed. This is my full time residence, so please treat it with respect as you would your own home.
