LAYOUT NOTE: From the main entrance, guests must pass through Bedroom 2 to access the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and Bedroom 1. Please consider this before booking. The building is older, surrounded by newer developments. The unit itself has been renovated to provide a comfortable and updated stay while preserving its charm. ***IMPORTANT*** Upon confirming your booking, you will receive a link to your digital boarding pass. This link will serve as your central hub for accessing property information, check-in instructions, and local recommendations. As part of the next steps and in order to receive the check-in details, you will be required to: -Complete an additional identity verification -Sign the rental agreement -Pay any applicable fees (outlined below) We know accidents may happen. This covers any property damage that occurred during your stay. You can choose between two options: 1) Security Deposit ($500): A refundable authorization hold is placed on your card (not an actual charge). If the property has no damages, the hold is released automatically. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 14 days to appear back as available funds. 2) Damage Waiver ($53.50): Pay a smaller one-time non-refundable fee that can help us cover small damages and wear and tear.
