This thoughtfully designed space features one bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a bathroom with a tub and shower, perfect for unwinding. The fully stocked kitchen offers ample space for cooking, complemented by a dining area for meals at home. The open living room leads to a balcony with a relaxing view, creating the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee and relax. For guests working on the go or vacationing while staying productive, we’ve provided a large desk with an ergonomic chair, ensuring a comfortable and efficient workspace. Entertainment is covered with Roku smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom, allowing guests to sign into their favorite streaming accounts. Located on the second floor, please note that stairs are required to access the apartment. Guests have access to a well-equipped amenity center featuring a gym and a pool (not heated), with a key provided for convenience. The peaceful apartment complex also includes a neighborhood playground and is close to restaurants, fast food options, Target, and plenty of shopping. GARBAGE The complex has a large dumpster/compactor near on of the entrances. Please use this and take your tied garbage bags to the dumpster upon checking out. Please do not leave garbage bags sitting outside of the front door. No smoking inside of the home. No drugs inside of the home.
