Welcome to my “Hidden Delight” Please be aware that this is a shared space, host and guests will be sharing common areas like the main entrance & the hallway , which provides access to both the guest and other parts of the home that the host or the guest uses . However, the unit has its own private entrance , own bedroom and bathroom . I will be present in the unit during your stay , and to assist when needed while fully respecting your privacy. Enjoy your stay. The space Beautiful guest suite featuring a cozy eat-in bar area, kitchen, and a comfortable dining space. The living room includes a leather chaise lounge sofa, a TV, board games, a dedicated workspace and an electric fireplace to keep things warm and inviting. The master bedroom offers the added comfort of an adjustable bed for a personalized sleep experience. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds and TVs. The luxurious bathroom includes a smart toilet with heated seat and towel warmer for extra comfort. Guest access Main entrance will be shared by both host and guest. Guest will have their own private entrance once inside to the guest suite which will be the first floor, ensuring privacy. Access will be obtained with a code that will be sent prior to arrival for self check in. For security purposes, we require guest ID and list names before check-in. Other things to note Guests must be at least 25 years old to book this property. Anyone under 25 must be accompanied by someone 25 or older throughout the stay. Reservations made by guests under 25 without a qualifying guest present may be declined or canceled. Valid government ID will be required at check-in. This is a peaceful , family friendly neighborhood. Located 17 minutes from JFK Airport, nearby train & bus to Manhattan .
