Important Note: Please note that large travellers/tempo travellers are not permitted inside the society premises. Guests arriving in such vehicles must park outside the society gate and walk approximately 150 meters to F Block to access the apartment. Guest access During your stay, you'll have full access to the entire property, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Bedrooms: Three spacious bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, provide privacy and comfort for all guests. Living Room: Unwind in the cozy living room equipped with a sofa and an Android TV, where you can binge-watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other platforms. Dining Area: Enjoy meals at the six-seater dining table, perfect for family gatherings or game nights. Indoor Games: Spend quality time playing chess, cards, or Uno with friends and family, or pick up a book from our collection to enjoy during your downtime. Balconies: Relax on either of the two balconies, designed with comfortable seating to take in the beautiful nature views. Parking: Convenient parking is available for your vehicle, making your stay hassle-free. Lift Access: The property features a lift for easy access to all floors, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure. Feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities we have to offer! However, traveller/tempo vehicles are restricted by society rules and must be parked outside the society, followed by a short 150-meter walk to F Block. Other things to note This property offers easy access to Swiggy, Zomato, and Blinkit for doorstep deliveries. Ola and Uber are readily available for commuting around the City of Lakes. Breakfast timings: • Regular days: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM • Check-out day: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM (as check-out time is 10:00 AM) Check-out time: 10:00 AM The property comes with a dedicated caretaker who assists with check-in and check-out, luggage handling, and breakfast preparation. Cleaning is carried out once during the day between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM only. The caretaker does not provide round-the-clock service. For lunch and dinner, a cook can be arranged by the caretaker at an additional charge of ₹1,000 per meal, subject to availability. Groceries are to be arranged by guests and can be ordered via Blinkit, or the caretaker can assist in sourcing fresh groceries if required. Guests who prefer to cook their own meals are welcome to use the private kitchen, which is exclusively for your use and fully equipped with essential and basic cooking utensils. On-site parking is available for guests’ convenience. 🚗 Vehicle Entry Policy: As per society regulations, traveller or tempo vehicles are not allowed inside the society. Guests must park such vehicles outside the society gate and walk around 150 meters to reach F Block. This rule is strictly enforced by society security.
