The space This charming apartment, with its own private entrance and a large terrace/sun deck offering breathtaking sea views, is nestled in the beautifully maintained garden of the Cala de Flores residence, a stunning seaside residential complex with a swimming pool available to guests. The apartment consists of a very bright and cozy living area with a living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and complete set of utensils. The living area opens to the large private terrace/solarium from which you can enjoy an enchanting view of the sea that is a few steps away. Here we find a dining table for your alfresco lunches and dinners immersed in the enchanting atmosphere of the Emerald Coast, and sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful sun of Sardinia in full relaxation. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, a beautiful double bedroom with private en-suite bathroom, a spacious wall-mounted closet and direct access to the outside, and a second room with three single beds, two of which are bunk and one on the floor, this room also has direct access to the outside. There is a second bathroom covered with beautiful little blue ceramics that evokes the Sardinian seabed. The property completes a reserved parking lot in the residence. Available to guests is the beautiful swimming pool of the residence (seasonal opening), and the tennis court (with reservation and for a fee). The apartment is air-conditioned and has free Wi-Fi. It is equipped with sheets and towels and has a washing machine. The apartment is a few steps from the sea, in front of the cove of Cala de Flores, with a few minutes' walk you can reach the nearby beach of Cala Granu equipped with all the comforts. The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people and is the ideal solution for families or friends who want to spend a nice vacation in a well located location with all the comforts, close to all the major points of attraction of the Emerald Coast...... Other things to note The swimming pool is open seasonally. In case of problems, we also have a maintenance technician available.
