Fisherman's house, charming village

Small restored stone house, where we live year-round. It is located in an old fishing village: Regnéville-sur-Mer, 10 km southwest of Coutances, opposite Pointe d'Agon, 30 minutes from Granville and 1 hour from Mont-St-Michel. On the ground floor, a living room, a kitchen and access to the garden. Upstairs, two bedrooms (bedroom 1: bed 140, bedroom 2: bed 160), an office area & a bathroom & toilet. Garden with pergola. The space We live here year-round, this is our primary residence and not a vacation rental. We want to rent our house in the original spirit of Airbnb. You will therefore have all the amenities of a home and we look to you to take care of it as your own. - During your stay, we stay in the adjoining house. - Parking your vehicle on the street that goes down, without risk. - Any water or energy consumption not related to the usual use of a rental will be subject to an additional charge. (Meter reading upon arrival and departure) - We assure you that you will have a very clean house when you arrive. Please maintain it during your stay as if it were your own. We now provide cleaning at the end of the stay, however, we ask that you make the house "clean", the dishes washed and put away, the tables and worktops cleaned, the floors swept as a minimum. Miscellaneous notes: - No pets allowed due to allergies - A security deposit of €300 will be required at the beginning of the stay, in case of breakage or soiling of the various linens made available to you. Other things to note Sometimes things get broken, that's okay, we're insured for the important things, and for the little things: dishes, glasses, chairs, etc. We're just asking you to let us know so we don't find out ourselves and so we don't penalize the tenants who arrive after you. > Home insurance - We have subscribed to the furnished landlord clause which is insurance on behalf of the tenant. This clause allows you to benefit from our civil liability for fire or water damage as defined in our insurance contract. > We are supporters of the "negawatt" principle: the best energy saving is the energy we do not consume! That's why we've equipped most of our electrical appliances with a switch socket.
