The space In a chic and zen decor, 2 adjoining cottages are offered on our property. Your private place, brand new, has a surface area of 65 m2 (not including shared spaces: SWIMMING POOL/SAUNA/SPA/relaxation room/linen room/garden). The ground floor consists of * a living room (NETFLIX of course) with fully equipped kitchen, (room open to nature thanks to its retractable windows that disappear) and * the first bedroom (Queen), which is a suite with toilet; * just like the second bedroom upstairs (King or 2 90 cm beds) which, for its part, has on one side a magnificent view of the countryside (through its large windows disappearing into the wall) and on the other offers INDEPENDENT ACCESS if necessary, * INTERIOR PASSAGE TO THE POOL (10 m X 5 m, 30°, covered, terrace/solarium, fitness, foosball, various relaxing and/or convivial areas). Other shared spaces are at your disposal: upstairs: * LAUNDRY (Washing Machine, Dryer, etc.) as well as the * comfortable RELAXATION ROOM with HERBAL TEA, * its CHILDREN'S SPACE, which can be converted into * WORKSPACE as needed and according to attendance). *** Note, each room has a dedicated desk, with wired connection and/or very high speed Wi-Fi. * VERY HIGH SPEED CONNECTION. In the garden: * The Brazéro area offers a place of conviviality for aperitifs, evenings, grilled marshmallows, popcorn and other treats in all seasons!! * The garden invites you to relax in its various resting areas, the pond and its fish (*unprotected area) the little ones will appreciate the swings. Guest access The parking lot, under video surveillance, gives access to the secure bike garage and is on the same level with the entire ground floor: living room/1st bedroom/pool/garden. Its terrace, warm south-facing, intimate, is adjoining the second cottage (L'Aff & Papillon); thus allowing the entire UnJourAilleurs estate to be privatized for family or friendly reunions. Other things to note The indoor POOL is heated to 29° ALL YEAR ROUND (accessible from the suite on the first floor), the SAUNA is available as an option and by reservation; The therapeutic JACUZZI, GREAT COMFORT, under the starry sky, the various corners of the gardens will offer you a variety of places to relax!!
