Besides this is an estate shared 25 meter X 5 meter wide lap pool up the front near the tree covered driveway. Between all the pools and ocean you will get plenty of private pool time. Late Check out surcharge: If there are no new guests arriving on the day of departure the guest may stay in the villa and use bedroom / bathroom for an extra charge of US$20 an hour for each full hour past 12 midday of day booked to depart as we still have staff wage times and power bills to pay. Qualified Therapist Massage Service is available on purpose built massage table in the in bedroom or the outside pavilion for US$24 for a full hour or US$12 for half hour. Smoking inside the house is strictly forbidden and a significant cleaning charge of US$400 a room will be applied should there be tobacco smoke smell inside any room. You can smoke on outside terraces with the outside doors shut. Please ask for an ashtray. Shoes and outside use sandals are forbidden to be worn inside the house as we have waxed timber floors. We supply house sandals for inside the villa. High heels inside the house forbidden. Feet, body, and swimwear must be relatively dry before entering the house so no water drips will get on the waxed wooden floors. Wet towels and wet swimwear must be hung above marble floors or in the bathroom floor if they need a wash, Do Not placed wet items on or over wooden floors. Do not use oils anywhere near the waxed timber floors , please apply in the bathroom on the marble floor.
