Welcome to our cottage nestled in the heart of the Ardèche Mountains, 15 minutes from Mézenc and Gerbier de Jonc. A true haven of peace in the middle of unspoiled nature. Wake up with grandiose landscapes facing the Suc de Sara and discover the surroundings directly from the chalet: hiking, mountain biking, or simply relaxing in the great outdoors. In winter, the Estables ski slopes are just 15 minutes away. The space Our chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. 🐾 Pets are welcome, with an additional charge. We simply ask that they do not go upstairs, to the sleeping area. 🌿 The cottage is located in the heart of nature, in the countryside. This environment is also part of its charm: depending on the season, a few small visitors (flies, ladybugs, other insects, etc.) may occasionally enter the cottage. It's country living ☺️ Main Floor: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, hob) to prepare good meals for families or groups of friends. There is also a bathroom with toilet, as well as a living room. Upstairs: Accessible by stairs, the floor includes a closed bedroom with a double bed (140x190). A spacious dorm with 2 single beds (90x140) and a double bed (140x190), perfect for children or friends. Outdoors: Enjoy the wooden deck with garden furniture, ideal for alfresco dining or a relaxing moment facing Sara's Suc. Bed linens, hand towels, tea towels, troubleshooting kit (coffee, tea, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, 2 rolls of toilet paper) are included. Free parking under the cottage. If you wish to stay with an additional person, please contact me before check-in: depending on the situation, this may be accepted on an exceptional basis and be subject to regularization via Airbnb. On the other hand, any additional person present without prior agreement constitutes a breach of the accommodation rules. Undeclared guests The presence of undeclared and unauthorized additional guests may result in, at the Host's discretion: an immediate regularization via Airbnb, or an early end of the stay without refund, in accordance with the platform's terms and conditions. 🔇 Parties, nuisances and respect for the environment Parties, events and noise (loud music, unauthorized gatherings) are strictly prohibited, day or night. Failure to do so may result in immediate interruption of the stay without a refund. Listing 🧹 condition The property must be returned in a state of cleanliness consistent with that found on arrival. In the event of a cleaning requiring exceptional intervention, an additional cleaning fee may be requested via Airbnb. 🛋️ Degradation and damage Any damage, breakage or damage to the property or its furniture must be reported immediately. Any necessary repairs or replacements may be subject to a claim via the Airbnb Resolution Center (AirCover). 🐎 Nearby animals & safety The chalet is located near enclosures hosting animals, including horses. For safety and animal welfare reasons, it is strictly forbidden to: to enter the enclosures, to feed or handle animals, to cross the fences. ⚠️ Some enclosures and outdoor areas are under video surveillance, only for the security of property and animals, in accordance with the regulations in force.
