While there is no path/stairs to Queen Bees a determined hiker can access the cat track (at their own risk) and ski down to Eagle Express. - Silver Fork Lodge & Restaurant - 2 miles. - Brighton Resort – 3.3 miles. - Park City Main Street - 43 miles in Winter; 14 miles in Summer (via Guardsman Pass, open June - late October). - Deer Valley Resort - 45 miles in Winter; 12 miles in Summer (via Guardsman Pass, open June - late October). - Alta & Snowbird - 45 minute drive. No tow trucks allowed or tow services. Guest access The entire home, garage and driveway will be available to guests. Guests also will need to be comfortable navigating stairs to move through the home. Other things to note BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. **Please Note: In winter, please plan to check in by 8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please read Town of Brighton Rules, posted at the house. Some of those rules include: - No more than 15 people allowed. - No less than 2 nights rental. - No dogs allowed in the canyon. - No open fires except compressed or liquid gas grills, stoves, and pellet fed smokers. - Owners shall inform renters from November 1-April 15 of the Utah Department of Transportation rules pertaining to snow tires requiring M/S or M+S tires, snow tires (3PMSF), and provide information to renters for social media links, and other information sites on weather and road conditions, and inform renters that many rental cars do not provide M/S or M+S tires, snow tires (3PMSF), nor allow chains to be used on their vehicles. - No special events such as weddings, concerts, parties. - No commercial purposes, no distribution of retail products or personal services. - Must observe quiet hours (10pm to 7am). Due to extreme winter environment, please ensure: 1) You have a 4WD.AWD vehicle with dedicated snow tires (not all0season or M+S) or chains. 2) You understand no deliveries ill be made to the property in winter. No tow trucks allowed or tow services.
