Our cozy, flat is located right on the beach! Whether you're here to unwind, explore, or soak up the sun, this spot offers everything you need for a memorable stay. Please note there are two shared pools and a tennis court in the property. (We are about 50 apartments that share the pool). The apartment is perfectly located, with a beautiful **seafront boardwalk**, ideal for morning walks and sunset views. The flat features a **king-size bed** and a **sofa bed** suitable for a child. If you're bringing an extra guest, we’re happy to provide **additional linens and towels** for a small fee. The space includes a **fully equipped kitchen**, a **private bathroom**, and a bright, comfortable living area. Guests have full access to: * Two **communal swimming pools** with **sea views** * **Tennis courts** * The **entire flat** * A **secure parking lot** for residents and guests (entry via code; **unassigned spots**) From the pool, you can relax while watching your children play on the beach below—a truly unique and convenient setup. Please note that additional fees may apply, depending on the time requested. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us prepare the space for all our guests. We do have a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and washing machine available for your laundry. However, there is no dryer. (A drying rack is provided under the bed where you can hang your clothes.) Please note that you are responsible for bringing your own laundry detergent if you wish to use the washing machine. We have quite a few Padel courts near by. Here's a quick rundown: Club del Sol (closest, ~10 min) — Tennis, padel & squash in Calahonda, open 7:30am–7:30pm daily. Racket rentals available, stunning views, and well-priced. ⭐ 4.5 Miraflores Tennis Club (~5 min drive toward Riviera) — Padel + clay tennis courts, plus a pool and bar/restaurant. Open until 11pm, so great for an evening game. ⭐ 4.5 Echevarri Sports La Cala — A proper padel and tennis academy with top-rated coaches. Perfect 5-star rating, though a bit further up toward La Cala Hills. Good if you or your guests want lessons too. ⭐ 5.0 For a casual hit, Club del Sol or Miraflores are your easiest options from Max Beach.
