A charming space designed for relaxation and convenience, with a new 'Purple' mattress. Minutes away from BSU, Downtown, the Airport, many parks, and riding paths you'll find yourself conveniently close to it all. NO CLEANING FEE! The space About Space: Amazing location in a newly renovated Suite w/kitchenette. 5 min. drive or walking distance to Downtown, Airport, Parks, Greenbelt, BSU, Extra Mile Arena (Sports/Concerts), Century Link Arena, Hillcrest Golf Course (Boise Open), Restaurants, Groceries Store, Parks, Freeway Access. Bus Stop directly in front of house. Nearby laundromat. Easy access to the valley from this great location! Cozy, private Suite entrance, free parking on premises features a plush “Purple” queen sized bed with complete Kitchenette for one-night stays or extended stays. Guest check-in is 3:00 p.m. and check-out is 11:00 a.m. Time may vary if approved by Owner. Where you’ll sleep: Plush “Purple” queen bed plus pack n play available upon request Amenities: Kitchenette Free Parking on Street directly in front of Airbnb or in gravel area. Exterior Security Cameras on Property Free WIFI Smart TV w/HDTV and Roku which offers many movies and access for you to sign into your own online streaming accounts. You enter with a door code, keyless entry. The home owners do have dogs and live on site, however there will be no access to your area during your stay. You enter through your own private door off of your private parking area. Potential for noise when pool in use by family. -Quiet hours: 10pm-8am Other things to note Rules, and important notices: -Quiet hours: 10pm-8am - Absolutely no smoking or recreational drug use in, on, or around our property. -$25 fine if BBQ grill or utensils are left dirty upon your departure - Maximum Occupancy (2 + infant) and NO HOUSE PARTIES: Guests must abide to number of maximum occupancy and the Home is not to be used for weddings, receptions, parties or any other group functions without the consent of Owners. -Due to respecting guest allergies, please no pets. -Any violation of our rules will result in a fine. Security and Damages: Guest is liable for all damages and repairs to the house and its premises that are outside what is considered normal wear and tear. A valid major credit card is required for security purposes. Blue Bungalow on the Bench reserves the right to charge your credit card account for damage, theft, and for any special cleaning required. Credit card information must be supplied to Blue Bungalow on the Bench via phone before you will be sent the key box code for entry to your Suite. Unruly or Disruptive Behavior Prohibited: Blue Bungalow on the Bench is located in a quiet, residential area. Excessive noise or parties will result in fines up to $500 per day. Owners also reserves the right to expel Guest and any of Guest’s visitors form the property for other types of unruly or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to climbing on the roof, discharging fireworks, using illegal substances, and the like. If Guest or any of the members of Guest’s party participated or commit any unruly or disruptive behavior, Guest and Guest’s visitors and members of Guest’s party must leave the House immediately and quit the premises. If Guest has reserved Blue Bungalow on the Bench for additional days, these amounts will not be refunded. If Guest does not have additional days reserved at Blue Bungalow on the Bench, Guest agrees to pay $500 as liquidated damages for violating these policies. - Uses of Nearby Property: Owners do not have control over the uses of property near Blue Bungalow on the Bench that is not owned by Blue Bungalow on the Bench. Accordingly, Owners are not responsible for any noises, smells or other disruptions caused by uses of property near Blue Bungalow on the Bench. Any such disruptions caused by the uses or property near Blue Bungalow on the Bench shall not be cause to terminate the rental agreement. Weather Conditions: If any unforeseen conditions or problems with House arise prior to or during Guest’s stay. Owner reserves the right to refund Guests’ payment on a pro-rated basis. Such unforeseen conditions could be the following but are not limited to hurricanes, storms, vandalism, flood, etc. Owner assumes no responsibility for such unforeseen conditions. Owner is not responsible for any weather condition or acts of God or nature that happen during the Guest’s stay. No refunds will be made due to weather conditions. Maintenance: Owners shall make every reasonable effort to keep the House, its systems and appliances in good working order. However, despite these efforts, some items may fail from time to time. Owners will repair any appliances upon notice of Guest. Owners shall not be liable for any failure(s) of any system or appliance in the House.
