The space - 2 available parking spaces in front of 715A garage (first come, first serve) free street parking if drive way is full. Be sure to reading street cleaning and no parking signs. - This listing is for a private room and bathroom - One common space - a tea room. There is a microwave, mini fridge, water boiler, cups, sink, and coffee. No stove or oven. No dining area or living room. No kitchen. - no AC (portable heater & portable fan provided upon request) - we provide water bottles, towels, shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, hair dryer and in-house slippers. - keep personal belongings inside private room and remember to lock doors. - please be mindful of others. - we have security cameras located outside and inside the shared airbnb for everyone’s security. The inside security cameras are located in the public/shared area. No invasion of privacy. Guest access There will be 2 parking spaces available in our driveway.
