The space The house comfortably accommodates two guests in a double bedroom featuring an open wardrobe, flat-screen TV, and a private balcony with sea views. The bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, washing machine, and complimentary toiletries. The bright and welcoming living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, moka pot, American coffee machine, and all necessary cooking utensils. A dining table, comfortable sofa, and Smart TV complete the space. High-speed, unlimited Wi-Fi makes it perfect for remote work.​ Guest access Upon arrival, the hosts will personally welcome you for check-in, to be scheduled between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. However, a late check-in can be arranged upon request after 9:00 PM, with an additional cost: - €30 for arrivals between 9:00 PM and midnight - €50 for arrivals after midnight. This fee is to compensate the colleague who will welcome you outside working hours.
The extra fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. A valid ID is required for registration with the local authorities' accommodation portal. Additionally, a tourist tax of €3 per adult per night applies, up to a maximum of 7 nights.​ Other things to note The house is accessible on foot in under 5 minutes from Torca's main square, via a charming uphill path.
