Restored barn overlooking the Louron Valley

Comfortable 160 m² barn, tastefully restored, located in a unique and natural environment at an altitude of 1200 m. Facing south, in a small hamlet at the foot of a medieval tower, it offers stunning views of the Louron Valley. The descent to Loudenvielle and its amenities is on foot by a beautiful path in 15 minutes! The barn is accessible by car via a 400-meter track (redone in spring 2025) from the village of Loudervielle. Quiet and space guaranteed. The space The barn has a large living room on the ground floor with an open and equipped kitchen, toilet and a first bedroom with its shower room. Upstairs, a master suite with toilet and private bathroom, a children's bedroom with three beds, a large double bedroom, a large bathroom and a mezzanine equipped with a TV and an extra bed. No wifi but 4G/5G is enough, including for TV. There is also an umbrella bed available. Wood is available for the stove. The running water that comes from the village is stored in a 3m3 tank and is pressurized by a booster. (Normal pressure in the kitchen, shower etc.) A Berkey charcoal filter with a capacity of 7 liters provides drinking water in the kitchen.
