The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, it has a large terrace with ocean views, a TV room (with Directv) and is equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. The apartment is cared for by a trusted person who takes care of the cleaning and prepares food for guests (included in the price). It comes with 2 covered parking spaces, a tent, and beach chairs. We have 24-hour security. The space The apartment is for our family use and we try to keep it in top shape. We expect our guests to enjoy and take care of this place as if it were their own. We ask our guests not to have parties or play loud music out of respect for the rest of the neighbors. Our trusted assistant will delight you with her delicious food and keep the apartment clean for guest use. This service is already included in the nightly price. Food preparation is only for breakfast and lunch. Guests are responsible for obtaining or bringing their own food and groceries. The maximum capacity for comfort and guest service is 8 people. There is a base value for up to 4 people. Any additional person has a value of $12 per night. This surcharge will appear in the total at the time of booking. The apartment comes equipped with sheets, hand towels, toilet soap, and toilet paper. We recommend bringing your own shower and beach towels, as well as shampoo, sunscreen, bug spray, and other personal items. Guest access The complex has 24-hour security, with a private pool for children and adults, a few minutes away from restaurants and the supermarket. Parking is just a few steps from the apartment. Near the apartment you can find beach volleyball courts, buggie board rentals, 4 tennis courts (2 clay and 2 cement). There is also a 9-hole semi-professional golf course that also has its own clubhouse, swimming pool, and tennis court. Other things to note We ask guests to please respect the check-in and check-out time to avoid any delays. The maid service starts the afternoon you arrive, waiting for you with the apartment clean and to answer any questions you may have, as well as planning meals for the following days. The service only includes preparing breakfast and lunch. Anything else would have to be agreed with our assistant.
