Panoramic Tower House

In the heart of the historic center of Rosignano Marittimo, a stone's throw from the castle, in the area of the village in a limited traffic zone, is our panoramic tower house. It is an ancient building, completely made of stone and dominates the landscape that stretches towards the sea. Ideal for two people, it is intimate and welcoming and, due to the absence of traffic, you can appreciate the calm and silence, to end the day spent at the sea in relaxation. It consists of a living room-kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The space It is a 2-story tower, you go up a flight of internal stairs and you get to the living room kitchen, from where, sitting at the table you can also see the sea, there is also a comfortable sofa to lie down. From the living room you can reach the main bathroom, from which, through a French door, you can access the terrace, where we have placed the washing machine and there is space to hang out the laundry. In the living room area there is also a small bedroom that we can make available on request. From the living room, a flight of comfortable stairs, with the panoramic window that embraces the entire view overlooking the sea, leads to the large bedroom, where there is a small bathroom for the night and a window overlooking the village. In the room there is also enough space for the wheelchair of a possible, welcome, small guest.
