Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Located in scenic Loftahammar and Tjust archipelago with walking distance to swimming. The accommodation offers a large patio in full sun all day. Lawn for play and fun and with swing set. The cottage has an open floor plan and is a multi-story building with several different floors. The cottage offers a total of 4 beds. A double bed in the sleeping alcove and a bunk bed in the room. TV, fireplace, barbecue and toys are available. Charger for electric car is available. The space The house is nicely and partially secluded about 500 meters from the sea. Around the house there is beautiful nature and forest. The house is within walking distance of the old spa town of Källvik. The house of about 50 sqm has different floors (stairs in between) and has high ceilings. It has a total of four beds (double bed in the sleeping alcove and bunk bed). There is an open floor plan throughout the house. In the living room, there is a large sofa, TV and sound system (via Bluetooth). There is also a fireplace and two armchairs. Access to mobile Wi-Fi is included. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped and have four regular chairs as well as two extra chairs. In the bathroom, in addition to the toilet, there is also a shower and washing machine. On the large wooden deck in full sun, there is a dining table under the roof as well as a lounge set and parasol. There's also a barbecue available. Here you can enjoy all the meals of the day. In the house there is access to children's books and toys. In the garden, there is a lawn with outdoor toys and a swing set. There is also a drying rack to hang up wet swimwear. In the garden, there are cherry trees and strawberries. The car can be parked outdoors and access to car chargers of up to 10 kW is available. Car charging is charged at SEK 3/kWh after your stay. Two simple bicycles are available to borrow. Guest access The guest can use the whole house. No guest house or storage room. Other things to note Cleaning is done by the guests themselves. Vacuum cleaners and cleaning supplies are in the storage room. If the guest wishes, cleaning can be ordered for SEK 1,500. Please let us know at the time of booking in that case. The fee is paid via Swish before the start of the stay. Sheets and towels are to be brought by the guest. Car chargers of about 10 kW are available to borrow at a cost of SEK 3/kWh. The fee is paid before the end of the stay.
