Discover the high coast and relax in our peaceful and spacious lakeside cabin. Hike, swim, cook good food, fish, bake, grill, play games or just relax on a rainy day. The space Bedroom 1: Separate bedroom on the ground floor with 160 cm wide bed and storage. Bedroom 2: Open bedroom with 180 cm wide bed on the upper floor. Bedroom 3: Sleeping alcove with 120 cm wide bed and storage on the upper floor. Bedroom 4: Sleeping alcove with 120 cm wide bed and storage on the upper floor. Bed 5: In the TV sofa upstairs, there is the possibility to make two additional beds. There are also extra mattresses, blankets and pillows stored in bedroom 2. Bed linen: Own bed linen. If you wish to rent bed linen, we will prepare it for your stay. SEK 250 per person for the entire stay. Indoor climate: There is wood by the fireplace to use in the home or on an evening excursion to Storsand. Keep in mind that it will be 3-4 degrees warmer upstairs when you light the fireplace. Avoid starting of the kitchen fan when you turn on the fireplace is to be avoided, because smoke can be drawn into the room if the door to the fireplace is open. The house is equipped with ftx and in the summer, the fan speed increases automatically at 6-12 pm to cool the air before night. If you wish to lower the room upstairs further, you can create cross drafts between two windows in the evening or start AC cooling on the air-to-air heat pump. In the bedroom, bathroom and hall downstairs, there are elements that turn on automatically when the temperature drops below 19 degrees in the bedroom and 21 degrees in the hall. Underfloor heating in the shower area is controlled from a panel located in the bedroom. Blackout curtains: First press the ALL button and then OPEN/CLOSE. If you just want to control some of the curtains, press 1, 2 and/or 3 and then OPEN/CLOSE. Guest access The house: You have access to the whole house. Take good care of it and we welcome you back. Paddle board: There are two paddle boards to rent for a total of SEK 500 regardless of the length of your stay. Please let us know before arrival if you want to take advantage of this. Fishing boat: We can highly recommend taking a boat trip in the bay and inlet but do not want you to go further out than the ski cushion or the tip of Rammberget on the opposite side of the bay. Weather, wind and waves can change quickly. If you want to go ashore by rocks, you need to have a certain boat experience and throw anchor about 20 meters from the shore as well as make sure that the boat does not hit rocks or the bottom. Start by using the boat in the bay to get acquainted with boat and engine. There are 4 child floating vests and 4 adult life jackets to borrow. A total of SEK 800 per day including boat, life jackets and gasoline. Other things to note Cleaning: We have a requirement for cleaning of floor areas, kitchen and bathroom when checking out according to checklist. If you want cleaning help, you can turn to Olga's cleaning in Ullånger and take advantage of the route deductions. It takes 1-2 hours to clean the boathouse for one person and according to the price information on their website it costs 1000 SEK for 2 hours of cleaning help. Pets: Occasional time per year we take our cat with us but it mostly moves outside. Don't think it affects you as a fur animal allergy because we also clean thoroughly but still want to inform you about it.
