The space Main entrance floor starts from the living room with a dining area for 8, new open-plan equipped kitchen, guest toilet and access to the garden (4 steps down) or upper floors with 4 bedrooms. Half-floor up you find first 3 bedrooms - one large double en-suite with walk-in shower, 2nd double bedded and 3rd with day bed furniture (perfect for small children). One shared bathroom with a shower is also found here. Continuing half floor up you get into a master bedrooms about 30 sqm size with double bed, wardrobes, open space shower for 2, bathtub and 2 sinks, separate WC room. Large terrace with partial sea view perfectly benefits this room. Outside area is partially covered (2 porches) and a garden on southern side with lawn. All gated for privacy. Underground garage with house technics (pumps, water heater, fuse box) is mainly used for storage. Generally guests park in front of the house for their best holiday convenience. Other things to note House has got alarm system that can be used for free and upon request. Check-in after 4pm. Check-out before 10am. Electricity consumption is paid according to the meter indication. Using a flat rate 0,35 eur per kwh. Tourist tax 2 eur per adult per day to be paid on arrival.
