The space The accommodation has a separate entrance and an outdoor space for exclusive use, furnished with a table and chairs: the ideal place to enjoy outdoor meals or relax in peace. The interiors, located on the ground floor and easily accessible, are divided into four main rooms: • A cozy entrance, equipped with a comfortable sofa, from which you can access a practical storage room where you will find everything you need for cleaning during your stay. • A kitchen, equipped with a table, chairs and TV. It is fully equipped with dishes, pots, glasses, goblets, cups and everything you need to cook. In a lovely vintage cabinet you can store what you need for breakfast. Guests can also use some basic ingredients (salt, oil, sugar, aromatic herbs) and a coffee machine with pods offered by the house. In the winter months, you can enjoy the fully functional fireplace, for an even more welcoming atmosphere. • A very large double bedroom, furnished with a king-size bed with a memory foam mattress and two armchairs placed in front of a 42" TV. Along the corridor connecting the kitchen and bedroom, you will also find a small library with books available to guests. • A comfortable and functional bathroom, with a large shower, toilet paper and hand soap provided. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are additional rooms: • A single room, which leads to a second double room, spacious and bright, also equipped with a television. • An additional bathroom, complete with shower, perfect for ensuring greater comfort and privacy, especially in the case of group or family stays. The house is equipped with two portable fans. Outside there is also a shed accessible to guests, where you can use a washing machine and clothesline. The space is large and also perfect for storing bulky luggage or equipment, such as bicycles. Upon request, you can use the bicycles provided by the house. Right next to the accommodation, there is a flat, unpaved white road that extends for several kilometers: ideal for walks or bike rides, and also perfect for the little ones. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property, including the interior spaces – both on the ground floor and on the first floor – and the outdoor areas. They will be able to freely use all the equipment present, including kitchen, washing machine, fans, fireplace, bicycles, outdoor furniture and every comfort designed to make the stay pleasant and relaxing.
