Located in a central neighborhood near UT, the State Capitol, 6th street, and Pease Park, you can ride a bike, scooter, or walk throughout downtown from this spot. There will be personal items in the unit, as this is a personal home The space The apartment is located in a truly mid century modern condo building (it’s 65 years old) directly across the street from UT campus and a few blocks north from the state capital. The surrounding blocks include the Blanton art museum, several parks including Pease Park, and pretty good Indian, Thai, and Chinese food. There is a historic underground bar nearby and two options for breakfast on the block. The apartment is freshly renovated as of this year with lots of personal touches. There will be personal items in the home as this is a home and not a hotel room. There will be no one present in the apartment to greet you but we can provide assistance if you need it. The west facing windows glow at sunset and the apartment faces inward to a courtyard which limits downtown noises. There is one parking spot reserved which is visible from the apartment window seat, a crowning feature of the space.
