Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom: A luxurious Queen Bed for a restful night's sleep. Bedroom 2: Features 2 Queen Beds, perfect for kids or adults alike. Bedroom 3: A cozy Queen Bed and a twin trundle bed to relax after a day at the beach. Indoor Living: Inside, you'll find a welcoming furnished open layout and 3 Smart TVs for your entertainment. The bright and airy atmosphere is perfect for gathering and creating lasting memories. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Our kitchen is a delight, featuring bright counters, a large kitchen with a four-place breakfast bar. It's equipped with a full-size 14 cup drip coffee maker, Crock-Pot, toaster, and all the basic cooking essentials you'll need. Linens and Laundry: We provide 1 bath towel per guest, all linens for beds, kitchen towels, hand towels and washcloths. Extras Provided: To make your stay hassle-free, we provide a starter set of: 2 trash bags, 1 paper towel roll, 4 toilet paper rolls, and dish soap. Parking: There's ample parking in the driveway for up to 6 vehicles (please note, no RVs or trailers allowed). Minimum renting age is 25 years and renter must be on premises during the reserved stay. Strictly no smoking of any form and absolutely no events or parties to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests. Fireworks are NOT allowed on or around our property - including property driveway. Doing so can result in eviction of property. No grills, burners or bbq pits are allowed and absolutely cannot be used under the structure of the home. Provided plates, bowls, plastic glassware must be hand washed. Other things to note WEATHER This home is located on a peninsula near the Gulf of Mexico, which experiences various weather conditions from season to season. The homeowners do not offer refunds or discounts unless a named storm threatens the area and results in a recommended or mandatory evacuation order. In the event circumstances should arise please communicate with hosts to determine if a refund can be provided or alternate date(s) can be scheduled. Please reach out to us if you have any questions! Ok Other things to note Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in an additional charge(s) for the resulting repair/replacement cost(s). You will be responsible for any and all damages caused by you or your party during your stay. Property is thoroughly inspected before and after every renter's stay by property owners. There is a zero tolerance for any pets on or in our property. Absolutely no pets allowed. No service pets allowed. There is a FIRM 10 guest MAXIMUM allowed at all times in or on property. If more guest are found to be on property you will be evicted from your stay with no refund. Property owners reserve the right to show up at any time during your stay.
