(they had a pan big enough for us to cook our Christmas Turkey!). We visit Galveston every summer and this is by far the nicest place we've stayed. This house easily accommodated 8 adults and 3 kids. The bunk beds were a hit, and the elevator was a must for my mom. From surfing to shell hunting to bird watching, Galveston Island offers something for everyone! Visit the Strand for family friendly fun, shopping and nightlife. Or take a trolley ride from one side of the island to the other where you can see both gorgeous ocean views and Galveston’s unique Victorian architectural gems! Leave the surf behind for a day of adventure and take in Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn and Pleasure Pier! Then come “home” and relax into the beachy comfort and ocean breezes of Green Goddess!
