This spacious, modern home has been furnished to provide a relaxing escape during your stay in Frisco. Enjoy sitting on the outdoor deck with your morning coffee, the 7 hole putting course (3 with topographical challenges!) in the afternoon, and relaxing around the fire pit in the evening. You will be a short drive to many attractions including The Star/Ford Center (Dallas Cowboys), Grandscape, PGA Frisco Golf Course, Legacy West Shopping mall, Stonebriar Mall, museums, and many restaurants. The Shepherds Glen Park is a short walk down the trail and there are several wonderful parks within a 2-mile radius. Each bed has 680-count, 100% cotton sheets for your comfort. Two bedrooms have a wall-mounted smart TV. The spacious master bedroom has a work desk as well as an ensuite bathroom with 2 separate sinks, stand up shower, garden bathtub, and walk-in closet. Living room: Spacious place for your group to gather. 75” smart TV and board games for your entertainment. Dining areas: The dining room can seat 6 guests, and the breakfast table can seat 4 guests with and additional 4 seats at the bar counter. Laundry room: Full sized washer and dryer. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets supplied. Iron and ironing board provided. Kitchen: Fully stocked with essentials including dinnerware, glasses/coffee mugs, cookware, bakeware, toaster oven, Keurig coffee machine, and more! Family-Friendly Amenities: Children's books and toys, pack and play, high chair, baby bathtub, sound machine, etc. Extras: Wireless high-speed internet for guests on business trips. Pets: Pets are allowed, and guests need to let the Host know after booking what type of pet(s) will be joining. Guest will need to clean up after pets, including the backyard if used, daily. Pets are not allowed on the beds or furniture including outdoor furniture. This house is professionally cleaned in between guest stays. We do not live here, so you will not find personal items here. The fireplace is inoperable. There are exterior security cameras that are only monitored if needed. No vaping inside the house allowed. No parties allowed. Guest access You’ll have the entire home to yourself (except locked closets for maintenance items), including access to a 2-car garage (with an EV charger) and a fenced backyard. Self-check-in with a smart lock ensures a seamless arrival.
