This apartment is located on the top floor of a three-story building. Access is by stairs with two sections of 14 low steps. The space We are Oceanview Guesthouse, our home is a cozy accommodation facing the ocean. Is an old Mexican decor type house with an excellent location. Just one block from the beach and Zicatela’s Main Street. We are a local home where you will feel a welcoming and accommodating atmosphere. Our Oceanview Guesthouse is divided into four distinct units. Two of these are studio apartments, each featuring two queen-size beds, kitchen and bathroom. The third studio apartment offers one queen-size bed, kitchen and bathroom. The fourth unit is a spacious terrace with two bedrooms—one with a queen-size bed and the other with two full-size beds. These two bedrooms share a bathroom and a kitchenette, making it a perfect space for a family or a group of friends. Other things to note Noise: Even though living near the beach is wonderful, it can also be noisy. Parties and music can be heard frequently and clearly from here. You may also occasionally hear dogs barking in the area. These are circumstances beyond our control and we cannot offer an easy solution.
