The pool is large and tranquil with plenty of sun & shade. Watch TV while in the pool or on the patio. Cook out on the BBQ and enjoy the outdoors at your home away from home. You are just up the road from Playa Bonita (10 minute walk) and a short drive into town and all the other beautiful beaches Las Terrenas has to offer. Guest access The entire house & exterior for your private enjoyment . Other things to note We are on the main road to Playa bonita. You will enter through a black metal gate on the left from the main road and park just in front of the villa or in the the private one car driveway. The control will be in the lock box. Exterior cameras on premise for comfort and security. Camera covering Pool can be removed at your request. Private Parking for one vehicle & private street parking for more vehicles in front of the villa. Electric is not included, you are billled $15 pesos per kilowatt used. Electric Meter is read at arrival and departure, it will be deducted from the deposit. Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep the noise level to a minimum especially after 9pm.
