Ilha Grande Beach House

Colonial house overlooking the SEA, located in Praia do Canto, Vila do Abraão, Ilha Grande. Close to the pier, the best restaurants, access to trails and the Park, the main beaches and the boarding of tours to explore the wonders of the Island. Beach House is super cozy. Literally, FEET IN THE SAND. You just walk out the gate and dive in. You'll LOVE it and want to come back! Part of the house will undergo a renovation starting in May/2025. The space The house is very cozy and charming, it has a balcony in front of the house, where there is a large and charming table, with hammocks and sea views. Access is through the kitchen, which also overlooks the sea, or through the living room, which also overlooks the sea. Guest access Part of the property is undergoing renovation and construction on the land at the back starting in May 2025. When this work is finished, the property will have more units available and separate from the house. We care about our guests and provide bedding and one bath towel per person. Bedding that will be provided: a fitted sheet that covers the bed, a top sheet on each bed, and a double or single blanket. The number of blankets to be provided will depend on the number of guests. The cutlery and dishes available are for 14 people, which is the capacity of the house. We like to please our guests, so we provide a roll of toilet paper and a bar of soap in each bathroom as a courtesy. The home has a capacity of 14 people and we only host over 6 people and a minimum of two nights. We sometimes do promotions. However, depending on the amount and especially if it is in high season and holidays, it will not be possible to accept reservations below 10 or 14 guests. In this case, we will make an offer that is usually made for 10 or 14 guests and the guest will consider whether they want to book. Holidays, Carnival, Réveillon we only accept reservation with the maximum capacity of the house or a value to be combined through offer. For some holiday, Christmas and New Year dates we will be able to stipulate a minimum of some stays, which are usually at least five nights and this will be informed at the time of consultation. Also, the maximum capacity value of the house may be applied. The room can be transformed into a room if there are more than six guests.
