Located just 10 minutes from beaches, Downtown West Palm Beach, the airport, zoo, science museum and more With a fully fenced in yard you can feel at ease letting your four-legged friend roam about while you sip your morning coffee on the front patio or soak up some sun in the hammock. The space Guests love the privacy, coziness and efficient design, allowing for a comfortable stay. The central location allows easy access to beaches, JFK Hospital, zoos, museums, botanical garden, and Lake Worth/West Palm downtown areas that offer popular restaurants and bars. Queen size bed, and a pull out sofa allowing two more places to sleep. We have 42 inch TV, full kitchen & bathroom essentials, strong WIFI, computer monitor with HDMI cable, and a in unit washer and dryer. This Cottage is private and fenced in, which requires you to walk through a gravel walkway to the front door. Guest access A couple days before arrival I will send access codes for self check in. 2 parking spots available in the driveway and more off street parking located on Franklin ave. We welcome well-behaved pets in our home! Please clean up after your pet, both inside and outside. Other things to note Please remember your staying in someone's house, not a hotel. Please treat our space with respect just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise I will do my best to take action asap, but please note nobody is living on site 24/7. We charge per guest, please have an accurate guest count. For non emergency issues I don’t send maintenance to property during your stay, only after you leave. There is a camera above front door and in the backyard for your protection, if you touch or tamper with the camera you will be asked to leave immediately. No late check out or early check in. If you arrive early or depart late there will be a $60 charge per event. No smoking allowed inside. There will be a minimum $350 charge if there is any evidence of smoking. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/other things that are beyond our control.
