Welcome to Sunset Vista Lakehouse! The house boasts a large deck & dock, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and newly remodeled interior finishings. The hot tub fits 6 guests and is ready for your enjoyment and relaxation. The space Discover our beautiful lakefront home, that is perfect for large groups. We offer an array of amenities, ensuring a memorable stay for everyone. The spacious kitchen features an 8-person dining table, comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Samsung fridge with an automatic craft ice maker, hot/cold water dispenser, dishwasher, a coffee maker, and an air fryer. The house offers 4 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds: • Bedroom 1: Queen with Trundle • Bedroom 2: Queen with Trundle • Bedroom 3: Queen with optional queen airbed • Bedroom 4: King For added flexibility, we provide auto-fill Queen-sized air mattress. Outside, enjoy the lakeside deck with cooking, dining, and lounge areas, as well as a newly installed hot tub. Propane gas grill is available for your outdoor culinary experience as well as a fire pit. Other things to note Fishing is available right off of our deck and lower dock. Please bring your own fishing gear and bait. Owners boat dock is not available for use. The side beach located on the right side of the house is available for use. It is great for children and pets, but please use at your own discretion. The left side of the house has a small dog run, that is available for their business.
